AGREEMENT FORMATION 

These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you, as the Customer identified in the Agreement Details, and Health Metrics.

The Customer agrees that by either signing the Agreement Details or by accessing or using the Products in any way, it is agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement (defined below).
