The latest enhancements to the eCase Aged Care Software Platform integration with PainChek® is set to deliver a more seamless and efficient user experience, reinforcing our commitment to supporting best-practice clinical workflows.

By integrating directly with PainChek®, eCase enables care providers to manage pain assessments and interventions effortlessly within a familiar platform.

eCase is designed to support aged care providers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care through a single platform that encompasses clinical, operational, and financial needs.

With the new enhanced integration, PainChek® assessments and interventions align more closely with eCase’s workflows, ensuring continuity in documentation and streamlined pain management processes.

This enhancement means that pain assessments using PainChek® can now be conducted seamlessly, with assessment data flowing directly into eCase, reducing manual processes, and maintaining data integrity.

Upgraded integration features and benefits:

  • Ability to document interventions in the PainChek® chart, alongside assessment data
  • Flexibility to log pain location via the PainChek® app or directly in eCase
  • Schedule PainChek® assessments using the eCase Activities function, supporting streamlined clinical workflows
  • Automatically synchronises resident data from eCase with PainChek®
  • Seamlessly incorporates point-of-care assessments conducted in PainChek® into eCase
  • The PainChek® chart incorporates full eCase chart functionality and will be familiar to team members currently using eCase
  • PainChek® assessment data populated into eCase is secured against editing, maintaining consistency of documentation and data integrity
