With the launch of the new brand position of “Taking care of care”, Health Metric’s eCase software platform is more ready than ever to empower providers to focus on high-quality, person-centred care.
As the care sector is continually changing, and to better reflect its commitment to enabling top- level care for aged and disability clients, Health Metrics has launched an all-new brand position and identity, including a refreshed product look and feel.
The eCase platform enables carers across the aged and disability sectors to focus on what matters most – providing care – at a time when increasingly complex regulations and a national skills shortage could otherwise present obstacles.
“We believe that technology has an important role to play in making life easier for carers and their clients,” says Paul Brindle, CEO Health Metrics.
“Our purpose is to enable our customers in the care sector to sustainably provide excellence – not just for the betterment of their clients, but society as a whole – and I believe this latest iteration of the eCase software, and its brand are going to achieve just that,” he said.
“Partnering with Thinksmart Marketing and leveraging our 15 years of knowledge as a provider of software solutions into the industry, allowed us to inform our new direction with research to identify the key challenges facing today’s care providers,” said Paul Brindle, CEO Health Metrics.
“The result is an intuitive brand with a fresh and contemporary brand direction that extends to product design and service delivery within the care sector.”
Recently, government bodies like The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety have raised regulatory considerations, while other challenges including the national skills shortage have placed staff under increased pressure to deliver a high level of care, but with limited resources.
eCase helps to improve the staff experience for carers with an easy-to-use, digital interface supporting carers to deliver high-quality, personalised care to their clients.
It saves time by streamlining and automating workflows and processes, reduces risk with a single, accurate view of each client – including their care plans and medications – and optimises decision making via access to real-time data.
The scalable solution is flexible enough to support business growth, while adapting to legislative changes and compliance when needed.
Established in 2008, Australian technology company Health Metrics designed and built eCase for residential aged care, retirement living, home and disability care service providers across the country.
Health Metrics’ purpose is to enable the sustainable provision of care by their customers to society, and they currently support more than 170 providers across Australia and New Zealand, helping deliver care to over 60,000 people.
