eCase Customer Conference 2023

We’re very excited to announce we will be holding the eCase Customer Conference in Melbourne from July 24-25 at the Novotel Melbourne on Collins.

Bringing together professionals from residential aged care, retirement living, home care and disability care organisations, the conference will provide an engaging and thought-provoking forum for knowledge sharing and discussion.

Our conference theme “Connecting Care: Advancing Person-centred Care through Technology” reflects the digital transformation that is taking place across our industry and will be a major focus across the two days.

The Conference Programme features an extensive range of presentations, panel discussions, roundtables and interactive workshops focused on how technology can be used effectively to achieve advancements in person-centred care. A key element of our programme will be the valuable insights and experience shared by a number of our Customers.
