Steven Strange is CEO and co-founder of Health Metrics. As a recognized technology expert and innovator within the aged care industry, he takes special interest in disruptive technology and the associated challenges for the ageing population. A sought after speaker, Steven is highly regarded for his thought leadership in what is the complex landscape of the Health and Social Care sector.

   
Lisa Papettas Chief Operations Officer

Lisa Papettas is the COO/Clinical Director and co-founder of Health Metrics. Lisa is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of industry experience. She is a Nurse Advisor on the Department of Health and Ageing Advisory Panel specialising in compliance management. Lisa is responsible for all Operational aspects of the Health Metrics business. Specialising in ACFI and Compliance Risk matters, Lisa brings an extensive expertise to Health Metrics in service delivery to the aged care sector.

   

Jaideep Rai Chief Technology Officer

Jaideep Rai, better known as JD, is the CTO of Health Metrics. With his background in hospitality operations, a passion for analytics and problem solving he brings a unique mix of skills to the business. He has held a variety of different roles at Health Metrics and quickly progressed to a senior role in the company. He also likes to think he is the funniest guy in the room.

   
Emma Pate Head of Strategy and Sales

Emma is the Head of Strategy and Sales at Health Metrics. With over 20 years experience working within a range of high-performing technology companies, Emma has extensive knowledge of IT solutions for the aged care and disability care sectors. Driven to create great working experiences for clients, she is known for building high performing teams with a positive culture, improving client satisfaction and creating strategic sales approaches.

   
Sandee Facy National Business Development Manager

Sandee is the National Business Development Manager for Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living. Sandee joins our team with many years of business development experience translating into a problem-solving consultative approach with clients. Working within the aged care and healthcare sector, Sandee is committed to providing the best customer experience and outcomes for clients. Originally from Michigan she has been part of the Australian culture for 27 years.

   
Daniel Climent National Business Development Manager

Daniel is the National Business Development Manager for Home Care, Community Care and Primary Health Care. Dan has experience with complex operational facets such as Payroll, Human Resources and Workforce Management (Rostering/T&A) across many industries including the Aged Care and Disability sectors. A naturally curious and passionate client advocate who takes the time to learn about his clients.

   

Scott Herschberger National Manager, New Zealand

Scott Herschberger is the National Manager of Health Metrics New Zealand. American by birth and Kiwi by volition, Scott has become a fixture of New Zealand’s Aged Care and Disability Support Communities. His international approach to business has helped Health Metrics become New Zealand’s number one provider of enterprise solutions for Health and Social Care systems.
