Lisa Papettas Chief Operations Officer
Lisa Papettas is the COO/Clinical Director and co-founder of Health Metrics. Lisa is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of industry experience. She is a Nurse Advisor on the Department of Health and Ageing Advisory Panel specialising in compliance management. Lisa is responsible for all Operational aspects of the Health Metrics business. Specialising in ACFI and Compliance Risk matters, Lisa brings an extensive expertise to Health Metrics in service delivery to the aged care sector.
Jaideep Rai Chief Information Officer
Jaideep Rai, better known as JD, is the CIO of Health Metrics. With his background in hospitality operations, a passion for analytics and problem solving he brings a unique mix of skills to the business. He has held a variety of different roles at Health Metrics and quickly progressed to a senior role in the company. He also likes to think he is the funniest guy in the room.
Enza Amato General Manager - Disability
Enza Amato is the General Manager - Disability at Health Metrics. She joined the Health Metrics team in 2018 bringing with her over 10 years business management of world leading innovation and technology. Since joining the team she has successfully integrated the ProSIMS Disability software and team into Health Metrics. Her leadership is now focused on the continual development of eCase, linking our technology to the disability sector.

Debra Phillips is our Business Development Manager for NSW and QLD and has worked across a number of international and domestic environments in software solutions, infrastructure, pharmaceutical and retail over the past 20 years. Holding a degree in Business, Debra has a keen understanding of finance, management philosophies, marketing and accounting.
