Paul is an experienced technology leader. For over 20 years, he has lead technology businesses in Australia and internationally, as well as leading large global product management and product strategy functions. Paul focuses on delivering exceptional outcomes for customers through the design and build of innovative solutions, matched with superior service and customer care. Paul’s experience aligns to Health Metrics vision to improve care outcomes through data and technology.

   
Lisa Papettas Chief Operations Officer

Lisa Papettas is the COO/Clinical Director and co-founder of Health Metrics. Lisa is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of industry experience. She is a Nurse Advisor on the Department of Health and Ageing Advisory Panel specialising in compliance management. Lisa is responsible for all Operational aspects of the Health Metrics business. Specialising in ACFI and Compliance Risk matters, Lisa brings an extensive expertise to Health Metrics in service delivery to the aged care sector.

Steven Strange is CIO and co-founder of Health Metrics. As a recognized technology expert and innovator within the aged care industry, he takes special interest in disruptive technology and the associated challenges for the ageing population. Matthew Watson Chief Financial Officer

Matthew is the CFO of Health Metrics. With over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, he is a CA qualified finance professional with extensive leadership experience.
