To be held in Rotorua, the theme of this year’s NZACA Conference is ‘Trends and Challenges in an Ageing World.’ Aged care providers in New Zealand, like many in the developed world, are facing what could be labelled a ‘perfect storm’. Swirling together into the ‘perfect storm’ are the needs of older generations that if not dealt with may converge with serious effect. The rapid growth rate of the older population, their longevity, higher acuity and co-morbidities as well as workforce challenges and technological changes, need to be addressed as these trends and challenges start to accelerate.
Join Health Metrics in Rotorua at the Energy Events Centre, where we will be exhibiting our eCase software for Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Villages.
Cairns - September 12 to 14, 2017
Health Metrics is pleased to once again be a part of the Aged & Community Services Australia (ACSA) conference to be held in Cairns. With the theme – ‘Power of Change’ – the program is designed to redefine the experience of ageing in our communities by questioning everything about delivery of services, community integration and what else is possible.
This year’s program provides a good mix of topics and presenters, with a variety of workshops, breakfasts and site visits to choose from to enhance your Summit experience.
Health Metrics will be supporting the conference as an exhibitor; showcasing our software, eCase at stand 69.
The Health Metrics World Conference will bring together a broad range of innovative thinkers and speakers, with the aim of unpacking and abstracting some of the complexity that surrounds the delivery of health and ageing.
A variety of sessions will cover service delivery through the consumer continuum as well as the pressing strategic issues of the day. This will be delivered via practical learning and professional development in a workshop style atmosphere. There will be a strong emphasis on how technology and disruptive forces will change future paradigms.
